Why Mathematicians Make Great Entrepreneurs and Original Thinkers

Several years ago, I met a distant relative who had become very successful as an executive of an engineering firm. Over the course of my discussions with this relative of mine, I found out that he had studied math in college. When I asked him if he thought that studying math played a part in his successful career, his answer was a resounding YES!
